OUR PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING POLICY:

Allogenica would like to inform you about how we handle the personal data we receive not only when you browse our website (https://www.allogenica.com), including the data we are responsible for our collaboration projects.  

I. Processing of data received during browsing on the website allogenica.com.

The website allogenica.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") is provided by Allogenica S.A.S. For more information about the publisher of the Site, you can consult the Legal Notice section.

Unless otherwise stated in the following chapters, the legal basis for processing your personal data is that such processing is necessary to provide you with the features of the Site that you have requested (Art. 6 (1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

1. Access to the site

When you access the Site, your browser transmits certain data to our web server. This is necessary for technical reasons and to provide you with the information you seek. To facilitate access to our Site, the following data is collected, used, and stored for a limited period of time:

  • date and time of access

  • time zone

  • content of the information requested.

2. External links on our Site

As a convenience to our visitors, this website may contain links to other sites owned and operated by third parties that may offer useful information. The policies and procedures we describe here do not apply to those sites. We are not responsible for the collection or use of personal information at any third-party sites. Therefore, we disclaim any liability for any third party's use of personal information obtained through using the third-party website. We suggest contacting those sites directly for information on their privacy, security, data collection and distribution policies. 3. Children's information

Legally in Europe, minors under 13 years cannot, in no case, give themselves their own consent to the processing of their Personal Data. In France, a minor under 15 years may not consent to the treatment of his Personal Data. 
Allogenica is committed to protecting the Personal Data and the privacy of children and does not Process children’s Personal Data. If the parents and/or legal guardians of a minor discover that the latter has provided Personal Data to Allogenica, they are invited to apply for the deletion of the Personal Data collected by sending a mail or an email to the addresses indicated in the present Privacy Notice.

This Site is not intended or designed for persons under the age of majority 18 Years. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18 at unless a parent or guardian consents.

II. Transfer and processing of data

​In order to process your data, we may use specialised service providers. Such service providers are carefully selected by the Allogenica and meet strict requirements, formalized in the contracts we sign with them. They will process your personal data, only on our instructions and in accordance with our guidelines and in compliance with the European Data Protection Regulation EU/2016/679 of 27 April 2016 ("GDPR").

We may also be required to disclose your personal data in response to lawful requests some public authorities, including national security or to meet requirements imposed by law or the regulation.

We may also provide your personal data to a third party in connection with a merger, sale, an assignment, divestiture or other means of transfer of the business, in which case the personal data may be shared with the third party, sold, transferred, rented, granted under license or otherwise in connection with the proposed transaction.

III. Data processing outside the EU / EEA

Your data may also be processed in part in countries outside the European Union ("EU") or the European Economic Area ("EEA") which may have a lower level of data protection than European countries. In such cases, Allogenica will ensure that a sufficient level of protection is provided for your data, for example by signing Standard Contractual Clauses (“SCCs”) with our contractual partners, or we will seek your explicit consent to such processing.

IV. How long we keep your data 

Your personal data will be kept for as long as necessary to enable us to fulfil our business purposes in a legitimate and lawful manner, in accordance with our policies and applicable laws and regulations.

V. How we secure your personal data

We implement physical, electronic, and safeguard measures for protect the personal data you have entrusted to us. We limit access to your data authorized employees, and third parties who need access to it to carry out the activities described in this Privacy Policy. While we strive to ensure a safe of the personal data that we process and store, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

VI. Information about your rights

In accordance with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data and the provisions of the GDPR, you have the following rights with regard to the data concerning you:

  • Right to information about your personal data stored by us;

  • Right to request correction, deletion or restricted processing of your personal data;

  • Right to object to processing on grounds of legitimate interest, public interest or profiling, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or that such processing is carried out for the purposes of asserting, exercising or defending legal claims.

  • Right to request a copy of the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and appendices governing the transfer of data outside the European Economic Area, Switzerland and the United Kingdom in accordance with the provisions of the European Economic Area. the Standard Contractual Clauses.

  • Right to portability of your data;

  • Right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority;

  • Right to define your guidelines regarding the fate of your personal data in the event of your death;

You may at any time revoke your consent to the collection, processing, and future use of your personal data,and unsubscribe from communications for marketing purposes.

VII. Changes to our privacy and data processing policy

We are committed to a policy of continuous improvement of our privacy and personal data processing policy, particularly since the entry into force of the European Data Protection Regulation EU/2016/679 of 27 April 2016 ("GDPR"). Therefore, in the course of this continuous improvement process, we may need to update this policy. Updates to this policy will be posted on our Site and any changes will be effective upon posting on our Site. We therefore recommend that you visit our Site regularly to keep abreast of any such updates.
